Sealed bids for site work at 350 Park Avenue, Middlebourne, WV will be received at the office of the Tyler County
Commission, PO Box 66, 121 Main Street,
Middlebourne, WV 26149 until 1:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, Friday, September 29, 2023 .
Sealed bids will be opened and read aloud in the Tyler County
Courthouse Commission
Chambers.
The scope of work is as follows:
Strip, Remove, Seed, and Mulch Topsoil in an area approximately 120 ft x 150 ft
Strip and Level Site
Compact and Install Typar
Install, Level, and
Compact 6″ of gravel
Excavate Utility Ditches Including Water, Sewer, and Electric up to a total of 500 ft
Remove and Dispose of 8 Bradford Pear Trees along Park Avenue and 2 Trees Toward Cherry Street Off the End of the Tyler
County Senior Center

The Owner reserves the
right to reject any or all bids.
A valid Bid Bond is
