NOTICE
Crown Castle, LLC is proposing an update the marking and lighting style of a 285-foot self-supporting lattice telecommunications tower at the following site: Off Rodgers Road, Chester, Hancock County, West Virginia (40 degrees 36′ 00.0″ N, 80 degrees 33′ 01.4″ W). The tower will utilize FAA Style D (medium-intensity white obstruction lighting). Any interested party that believes the proposed action may have a significant impact on the environment may file a Request for Environmental Review (Request) to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Such Request may only raise environmental concerns. Information regarding the project may be found under file number A1253554 on the FCC website

The Request must be filed with the FCC within 30 days of the notice being posted on the FCC website. The FCC requires that all Requests be filed electronically at
www.fcc.gov/asr/
environmentalrequest.
