The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a petition alleging that KADEAH ISIAH-JAMES LONG and the UNKNOWN FATHER of T.B. has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant T.B., whose date of birth is June 15, 2022. KADESH ISIAH-JAMES LONG and ANYONE CLAIMING TO BE FATHER OF INFANT T.B., whose date of birth is June 15, 2022 and who is the child of SHAWNAE GALBERTH are ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 16th day of November, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. for an Adjudication Hearing , if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise KADESH ISIAH-JAMES LONG, putative father of T.B., whose date of birth is June 15, 2022 or UNKNOWN FATHER of infant T.B., whose date of birth is June 15, 2022., may be adjudicated abusive and neglectful parents.
