The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a petition alleging that ALESANDRA POLUS has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant J.B., whose date of birth is April 11, 2018. ALESANDRA POLUS is ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 23rd day of October, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. for a Adjudicatory and Disposition Hearing, if she so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise ALESANDRA POLUS, biological mother of J.B., whose date of birth is April 11, 2018, may be adjudicated abusive and neglectful parent and may have her parental rights terminated.
