The object of the above entitled action is for Greyson Skye-Samuel Beck to loegally change his/her name to Greyson Skye Beck-Shia. Notice is nhereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Greyson Skye-Samuel Beck to Greyson Skye Beck-Shia.
A hearing shall be on the 3rd day of November, 2023, at 9:00am o’clock before the Honorable Judge David J. Sims at the Ohio COunty COurthouse. ANyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
