EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING DESIGN
SERVICES
Pursuant to West Virginia Code 5G-1-3, Wetzel County Schools is seeking Expressions of Interest from
qualified design professionals to provide
Architectural/Engineering Services to assist in the development of a local school bond. Services include pre-bond consulting, cost estimating and scheduling services for multiple schools in the district. There will be a continuation of these Architectural/Engineering
Services, including all design/construction phase
administration, upon passage of school bond and award of School Building Authority funding.

Statement of Qualifications (via hard copy submission) must be received no later than 3:00 pm local prevailing time on November 28, 2023, and addressed to the

Envelope must be clearly marked as described in the Statement of Qualifications
A selection team will evaluate the statement of
qualifications and will conduct discussion with at least three (3) of the professional firms submitting statements deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the services required, rank such firms in order of
preference, and submit to the Wetzel County Board of Education for approval.
