INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Wheeling Housing Authority is accepting bids for garbage and trash removal for ten complexes and three offices owned by the Wheeling Housing Authority. The term of the contract engagement shall be for three one-year periods ending December 31, 2024, December 31, 2025 and December 31, 2026. Bids will be received and publicly opened by the Wheeling Housing Authority in the office located at 11 Community Street, Elm Grove, Wheeling, West Virginia, at 10:30 a.m., E.D.S.T., on Friday, November 17, 2023.

Please mark “Trash Removal Bid” on the outside of the envelope containing your bid. The Wheeling Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
