The Board of Commissioners of the Wheeling Housing Authority is changing its November 8, 2023 meeting to Wednesday, November 15, 2023 . The meeting place will be at the Main Office, 11 Community Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 and will begin at 3:00 p.m.
