PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR NATURAL GAS HORIZONTAL WELL DRILLING PERMIT,
pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 22-6A-10(e).
EQT Production Company, 400 Woodcliff Drive,
Canonsburg, PA 15317, is applying for a permit for a natural gas horizontal well at the following location:
Stagg 81H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 519,032.14 UTM NAD 83 Northing
4,392,838.29

This well is located in the Proctor Creek of French Creek – Ohio River (HUC-10) Watershed, New
Martinsville Quadrangle, Proctor District, Wetzel
County, West Virginia which disturbs three acres or more of surface excluding pipelines, gathering lines and roads or utilizes more than two hundred ten thousand gallons of water in any thirty-day period.
