REQUEST FOR BIDS
Ohio County Development Authority (OCDA) is accepting bids for the following project:
OCDA Project #: WH001-0001 “57,000 sf Light Manufacturing and Office Facility”
Bid Package 5 – Metal Pan Stairs, Metal Grating Stairs, Pipe and Tube Steel Railings
Bid Package 6 – Aluminum Storefronts, Glass and Glazing
Bid Package 7 – Carpentry
Bid Package 8 – Painting and Joint Sealants
Sealed bids will be received until Thursday, November 3, 2016, at 3:00, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud. Copies of plans, specifications and proposal forms can be obtained from the following:

Payment of a $100.00 deposit is required and is to be made payable to Greco Madama Joint Venture. Any unsuccessful bidder, upon returning such set within ten (10) days after the bid opening and in good, useable condition, will be refunded the deposit less postage. Bids are to be sealed and addressed to Ohio County Development Authority, 546 Cabela Drive, Triadelphia, WV 26059 and noted on the envelope as a bid for: OCDA Project #: WH001-00001 “57,000 sf Light Manufacturing and Office Facility, with the appropriate bid package. A satisfactory bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) of each bid is required. OCDA reserves the right to defer, delay or postpone the date for receiving and opening bids and to accept or reject any and all bids at its sole discretion. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Monday, October 31, 2016, at 3:00pm at The Highlands Event Center, 355 Wharton Circle, Suite 227, Triadelphia, WV 26059.
