IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 23-JA-119 AMANDA CARETTI, biological mother of infant A.R.C., whose date of birth is September 16, 2023 and UKNOWN FATHER of infant A.R.C., whose date of birth is September 16, 2023, natural child of Amanda Caretti.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a petition alleging that the UNKNOWN FATHER has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant A.R.C., whose date of birth is September 16, 2023. The UNKNOWN FATHER or ANYONE CLAMING TO BE THE FATHER of infant A.R.C is ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 13th day of November, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. for an Adjudication Hearing , if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the UNKNOWN FATHER of infant A.R.C., whose date of birth is September 16, 2023, may be adjudicated as an abusive and neglectful parent.
