IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 23-JA-125 KIMBERLY STRAIGHT, biological mother of infant B.B., whose date of birth is May 13, 2009, and HUBERT BASSETT, biological father of infant B.B., whose date of birth is May 13, 2009, natural child of Kimberly Straight.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a petition alleging that the KIMBERLY STRAIGHT has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant B.B., whose date of birth is May 13, 2009. KIMBERLY STRAIGHT is ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 15TH day of December, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. for a Adjudication Hearing , if she so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise KIMBERLY STRAIGHT, biological mother of infant B.B., whose date of birth is May 13, 2009, may be adjudicated as abusive and neglectful parent.
