Sealed bids will be received by Breisch & Crowley at their offices at

St. Clairsville, OH 43950
until 1:00 (local time) Thursday, Dec. 7, 2023 for furnishing all labor, material & equipment to complete the following project: Allen Pool Building Renovation, or the sealed bids may be hand delivered to the Allen Pool Bldg. in Memorial Park by 2:00 on the same day – At this location at 2:00 the sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. This project is located at 200 Walnut Avenue, St. Clairsville, OH 43950

This is a prevailing wage rate project and a Pre-Bid Meeting will occur at the project site on Wednesday, Nov. 15 at 1:00 – No documents will be available at this meeting.
A bid guaranty shall be provided in accordance with Section 153.54 (B) of the Ohio Revised Code as follows: for the full amount of the bid, or certified check, cashier’s check or letter of credit in accordance with Section 153.54 (C) O.R.C. in an amount equal to 10% of the bid. Bid Security furnished in Bond Form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide surety. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to the owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
