The object of the above entitled action is for Susan Mathes Berry to legally change his/her name to Susan Savannah Mathes. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Susan Mathes Berry to Susan Savannah Mathes.
A hearing shall be on the 11th day of December, 2023, at 8:30am o’clock before the Honorable Judge David Sims at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
