NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that Maryanne McGinley has filed a petition for a change of name for Dimitri George Mamakos McGinley, a minor, in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, praying for an Order changing the name of Dimitri George Mamakos McGinley to George Dimitri Mamakos.
A hearing on the application and petition in the above captioned matter will be held before the Honorable Ronald E. Wilson, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, in his Chambers at the Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, West Virginia, on the 13th day of April, 2015, at 1:15 p.m., or as soon thereafter as petitioner may be heard.
Any person objecting to the change of name from Dimitri George Mamakos McGinley to George Dimitri Mamakos may appear at the time and place indicated above in this Notice and shall be heard in opposition to such change.
PLEASE BE ADVISED that the hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. Any rescheduled hearing date may be obtained from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia.
