NOTICE
The object of the above-captioned action is custody of a child and possible termination of parental rights.
Notice is hereby given that an Adjudicatory Hearing and if necessary a Disposition Hearing will be held before The Honorable Ronald E. Wilson, Judge, in his Chambers located in the Hancock County Courthouse, 102 Court Street, New Cumberland, West Virginia, on December 20, 2023, at 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. The purpose of the hearing is to determine whether the parental rights of the Respondent, Brianne Hardy, biological mother of a child born June 23, 2023, and a child born June 23, 2023, should be terminated.
Notice is hereby further given to the Respondent, Brianne Hardy of her right to counsel at every stage of the proceeding and that such proceeding can result in the permanent termination of her parental rights.
Notice is hereby further given to the Respondent, Brianne Hardy, that a copy of the petition and possible termination of parental rights can be obtained from the Hancock County Circuit Clerk at the Clerk’s office located in the Hancock County Courthouse, 102 Court Street, New Cumberland, West Virginia.
