PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed on behalf of the minors S.G.D, whose date of birth is March 17, 2008 and C.S. aka C.T., whose date of birth is November 28, 2010, asking the Circuit Court of Ohio County, State of West Virginia, to enter an order changing their names from S.G.D, whose date of birth is March 17, 2008 to S.C.S, whose date of birth is March 17, 2008 and C.S. aka C.T., whose date of birth is November 28, 2010 to H.Y.S., whose date of birth is November 28, 2010. The hearing on this matter is set for 14th day of December, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. before the Honorable David J. Sims, Ohio County Circuit Court, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003. Any person claiming they will likely be injured by these changes of names, or who knows a reason why the names should not be changed, may appear at the time and place of the hearing and state their opposition. This hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. Proof that this Notice has been published once prior to the hearing shall be rendered to the Court.
