CREDITORS AND
BENEFICIARIES
OF THE ESTATE OF
JOHN JOSEPH MIHALYO, JR.
PURSUANT TO W.VA. CODE SECTION 44-1-14a the above-named Estate has been referred and assigned to Fiduciary Commissioner, namely, Casey Jo Wynn, Esq., 337 Penco Road, Weirton, West Virginia 26062. Personal Representative: John J. Mihalyo, III, 3312 Bordwell Ridge Drive, New Hill, NC 27562. Estate attorney: None.
All persons having claims against the Estate of John Joseph Mihalyo, Jr., whether due, or not, are notified to exhibit their claims, with voucher thereof, legally verified, along with a $5.00 filing fee to the Hancock County Commission at the Hancock County Courthouse, PO Box 367, New Cumberland, West Virginia 26047, within sixty (60) days of the date of the first publication, otherwise they may, by law, be excluded from all benefits of said estate.
Any person seeking to impeach or establish a Last Will and Testament must make a complaint with said Commission pursuant to and in accordance with the relevant sections of W.Va. Code Section 41-5-11 et seq. Any interested person objecting to the qualifications of the personal representative, or the venue or jurisdiction of the Estate must file their written objection with the said County Commission within sixty (60) days after the date of first publication or thirty (30) days of service of the Notice, whichever is later.
