NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the WHEELING PARK COMMISION, hereinafter referred to as the OWNER, will be accepting responses to an Expression of Interest and qualifications until 2:00 PM on Jan 2nd, 2024, from Materials Procurement firms/teams to provide professional administrative services for sourcing, tracking, and coordinating deliveries of various furnishings and equipment for the Lodge Restaurant Renovation Project. Responses to this request should include information to communicate the experience and technical expertise of interested parties. Responses to the EOI should be submitted to
Mr. Greg Salomon, Director of Capital Projects for the Wheeling Park Commission,
465 Lodge Drive, Wheeling, West Virginia, 26003.
All responses to the EOI much be received by the OWNER no later than 2:00 PM on January 2nd, 2024. One (1) original and four (4) copies of the information, five (5) total, must be submitted and addressed as follows:

“IN RESPONSE TO EOI FOR THE LODGE RESTARUANT RENOVATION PROJECT”
The Owner will evaluate the statements of qualifications and performance data and other materials submitted by interested firms/teams and select three or more procurement teams which, in their opinion, are the best qualified to perform the desired service. Interviews with each of those teams selected shall be conducted from which a winning team will be chosen and a contract negotiated.
