IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 23-JA-56 SHAWNAE GALBERTH, biological mother of infant June 15, 2022, KADESH ISIAH-JAMES LONG, biological father of T.B., whose date of birth is June 15, 2022, natural child of Shawnae Galberth.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a petition alleging that KADEAH ISIAH-JAMES LONG has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant T.B., whose date of birth is June 15, 2022. KADESH ISIAH-JAMES LONG is ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 11th day of January, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. for an Disposition Hearing , if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of KADESH ISIAH-JAMES LONG, bioloigcal father of T.B., whose date of birth is June 15, 2022, may be terminated.
