AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that MarkWest Liberty Midstream & Resources, L.L.C. (MarkWest) has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Class II Administrative Update for the Majorsville Gas Plant located in Marshall County, West Virginia. In Moundsville from 1 st St and US-250 S/Waynesburg Pike Rd: Head north on US-250 S/Waynesburg Pike Rd toward S Highland Avenue and continue for 10.3 miles, turn left onto Irish Ridge Rd and continue for 1.8 miles, continue onto Dry Ridge Rd for 3.7 miles, turn left onto Calis Majorsville Rd and continue for 3.0 miles, the plant admin office will be on the left. The latitude and longitude of the facility address is: N 39 degrees 57′ 39.57″ W80 degrees 31′ 35.40″. The update will result in changes to the potential to emit of the following Regulated Air Pollutants as follows:
Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) +0.19 tons/yr
Carbon Monoxide (CO) +0.12 tons/yr
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC)
+0.01 tons/yr
Particulate Matter (PM)
+0.03 tons/yr
Sulfur Dioxide (SO2)
+0.07 tons/yr
Total HAPs
-0.01 tons/yr
