Please take notice that on the 17th day of November, 2016, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Patrick Condron, Lazurus House, Inc., for a reasonable accommodation to the regulation limiting the number of unrelated individuals that occupy a dwelling from:
No more than 3 to 7 at 95 East 11th St. – Lot 1 of Britts Addition to the City of Wheeling;
No more than 3 to 5 at 207 East 12 St. – East portion of Lot 1 in Square 10 of Baker’s Addition to City of Wheeling;
No more than 3 to 5 at 2736 Eoff St. – South one-half of Lot 14 in Square 16 on Map of Caldwells Addition.
