You will take notice that MAXWELL CONSTRUCTION , the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert No. 2022-C-000089, located in TRIADELPHIA District, 0.127AC CEDAR ROCKS 2ND ADD PART OF LOTS 66-68 which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of AAG INVESTMENTS LLC, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands in OHIO County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on June 6, 2023. MAXWELL CONSTRUCTION requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after June 1, 2024, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. amount needed to redeem on or before May 31, 2024 will be as follows:
