The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Wheeling Hospital, CON File #23-10-12852-P, for the development of an ambulatory health care facility in Ohio County, WV through the acquisition of a physian practice. Capital Expenditure $515,000.
