VILLAGE OF
BETHLEHEM
A Municipal General Election will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, for the purpose of electing a Mayor, Recorder, and seven Council Persons. To become a candidate, interested and eligible residents must comply with the following procedures:
1. Obtain a Municipal Candidate’s Certificate of Announcement from the Village Office, 125 Bethlehem Park.
2. First day for Candidate filing is January 8, 2024, and last day for filing certificate is January 27, 2024, at 12 o’clock noon.
3. Certificate of Announcement must be notarized, along with a filing fee of $25.00, must be paid and filed with the Village Recorder by January 27, 2024, at 12 o’clock noon, or postmarked by the U.S. Post Office by 11:59pm, Janyary 27, 2024,
ALL CANDIDATES MUST COMPLY WITH THIS PROCEDURE.
