Notice is given that the R.G. Johnson Company, Inc. has applied to the West Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G50-B, General Permit Registration for a Concrete Batch Plant located at 168 Big Bear Run Rd. Smithfield, West Virginia 26437. The latitude and longitude
coordinates are: N 539618.83, W 4373944.04
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:

Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st Day of March 2024. Written comments will be
received by the West Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
