The object of the above styled civil action is for the
Petitioner, West Virginia Department of Health and
Human Resources, to obtain a judicial decree that you have abandoned your children and seek to permanently terminate your parental rights.
It appears by Affidavit filed in this action that the mother of the above referenced children is Chelsea Marie Fox, and the father of the above referenced children is
Jeremy Watson.
It is hereby ORDERED that the Respondents appear at the proceedings scheduled in this matter to be held on the 16th day of January, 2024, at 2:00 P.M., in the courtroom at the Wetzel County Courthouse, Main Street, New Martinsville, West Virginia, to protect your own interest, otherwise an Order may be entered
permanently terminating your parental rights to the
