AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Jupiter Aluminum Corporation has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality (DAQ), for a Modification Permit for the removal of Coil Coating Line #2 (CCL#2)-Quench Tank (Emission Unit ID 008-5) and CCL#2-Roll Forming (Emission Unit ID 006-03) as emission units. The facility is located at 8963 River Road, Beech Bottom, in Brooke County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 40 deg12’55” N and 80 deg 39’27” W.
Proposed modifications are planned to be put in place on or about the 15th day of January 2024. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
