IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 23-JA-88/89/90 JOYCE STEWART, biological mother of infant N.W. and ADRIAN WILLIAMS, biological father of N.W., whose date of birth is December 12, 2022, natural children of Joyce Stewart.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a petition alleging that ADRIAN WILLIAMS has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control N.W., whose date of birth is December 12, 2022.. It is ORDERED ADRIAN WILLAIMS appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 5th day of February, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing, if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of ADRIAN WILLIAMS, biological father of N.W., whose date of birth is December 12, 2022, may be terminated.
