IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 23-JA-106 YASMINE HEMAMOU, biological mother of infant R.A.N., whose date of birth is June 21, 2023, LEWIS NIDA, putative father of infant R.A.N., whose date of birth is June 21, 2023, or UNKNOWN FATHER of infant R.A.N, whose date of birth is June 21, 2023, natural child of Yasmine Hemamou.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a petition alleging that YASMINE HEMAMOU, LEWIS NIDA, and/or the UNKNOWN FATHER of R.A.N. have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant R.A.N., whose date of birth is June 21, 2023. YASMINE HEMAMOU, LEWIS NIDA and ANYONE CLAIMING TO BE FATHER OF INFANT R.A.N., whose date of birth is June 21, 2023 and who is the child of YASMINE HEMAMOU are ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 8th day of February, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. for an Disposition Hearing , if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of YASMINE HEMAMOU, biological mother of infant R.A.N., whose date of birth is June 21, 2023, LEWIS NIDA, putative father of infant R.A.N., whose date of birth is June 21, 2023, or UNKNOWN FATHER of infant R.A.N, whose date of birth is June 21, 2023, may be terminated.
