You will take notice that H3 LLC, the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert No. 2022-C-000044, located in GRANT District, 56.2 AC RICHWOOD RUN 1/54 INT which was returned
delinquent or nonentered in the name of HENTHORN RUSSELL D, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of WETZEL County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on June 8, 2023. H3 LLC requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after July
1, 2024, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before June 30, 2024 will be as follows:
