approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 526166.695m, UTM NAD 83 Northing 4380893.491m, in Fishing Creek Watershed, Pine Grove 7.5′ Quadrangle, Green District, Wetzel County, WV which

proposed permit
application will cost $15.00, whether mailed or obtained at DEP
headquarters.
