You will take notice that Bobby Woolley, the purchaser of the tax lien(s) on the following real estate, Certificate of Sale: 2021-S-00000052, LOT 16 JC C ADN .04 AC & .06 AC, located in GRANT, which was returned delinquent in the name of CAHOON JOSEPH ESTATE, and for which the tax lien(s) thereon was sold by the sheriff of Hancock County at the sale for the delinquent taxes made on the 4th day of November, 2021, has requested that you be notified that a deed for such real estate will be made to him or her on or after March 23, 2024, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
