LAWN MAINTENANCE
The Benwood-McMechen Housing Authority is accepting bids for Lawn Maintenance for 2024. The bid would be for seasonal grass cutting beginning April 1 through October 31, 2024. The maintenance would include weekly cutting, weed eating, bagging and disposing of clippings. The bid should include the cost of services, evidence of liability insurance and workers compensation. A list of all properties will be available at the Administrative Office, 2200 Marshall Street, Benwood, WV 26031.
Please submit your sealed bid, along with evidence of workers compensation and liability insurance to Erin Twigg Yoders, Executive Director, Benwood McMechen Housing Authority, 2200 Marshall Street, Benwood, WV 26031 by Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. The envelope must be clearly marked: LAWN MAINTENANCE BID. Please note that the Benwood-McMechen Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
