You will take notice that WW HOME RENTALS LLC, the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert No. 2022-C-000072, located in TRIADELPHIA District, 15.945 A+ OR CLAY PIKE which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of IRWN JAY M, and was sold by the deputy commissioners of delinquent and nonentered lands of OHIO County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on June 6, 2023. WW HOME RENTALS LLC requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after July 1, 2024, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before June 30, 2024, will be as follows:
