Advertisement for Bids
The Wheeling Housing Authority will receive sealed bids for one new vehicle. Bids will be received at the WHA Main Office until March 4, 2024 at 3:00 p.m., at which time the bids will be publicly opened. All bids must be submitted as follows:

No bid can be retracted for a period of 60 days without the consent of WHA. The WHA reserves the right to reject or accept any bid.
