The object of the above entitled action is for DONDIE JOHNSON to legally change his/her name to DONDIE WILLIAMS. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of DONDIE JOHNSON to DONDIE WILLIAMS.
A hearing shall be on the 11th day of MARCH, 2024 at 10:15 am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Wilson at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
