IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 23-JA-131 KARA MOORE, biological mother of infant A.L.M., whose date of birth is November 1, 2023 and JOSHUA CALEB LALLATHIN, putative father of A.L.M., whose date of birth is November 1, 2023, natural child of Kara Moore.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a petition alleging that JOSHUA CALEB LALLTHIN has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant A.L.M., whose date of birth is November 1, 2023. JOSHUA CALEB LALLATHIN is ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 27th day of February, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. for an Adjudication Hearing , if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise JOSHUA CALEB LALLATHIN, putative father of A.L.M., whose date of birth is November 1, 2023., may be adjudicated as an abusive and neglectful parent.
