The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Wetzel County
Hospital, CON File # 24-10-12875-P, for the
development of an ambulatory health care facility in
Wetzel County, West Virginia, through the provision of
primary care services and specialty physician services.
Capital Expenditure $30,000.

including the Certificate of Need application when
