It is hereby ordered that Natasha Duckett serve upon Duwan Malik Groover, Circuit Clerk’s Office, whose address is 1500 Chapline Street, 4th Floor, Wheeling, WV 26003, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Divorce filed in this action on or belfre March 1st, 2024. If you fail to answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgement may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
