Procedure, the Circuit Court of Wetzel County, West

upon review of the record, hereby enters an Order of Publication for service of the Petition against the
Biological Father, Corcy
Dulaney. An advertisement shall be published in a
qualified
newspaper, The Wetzel Chronicle, by running a legal
advertisement once a week for two consecutive weeks.
The Order of Publication shall give the style of the suite

The Order of Publication shall state that the object of the above civil action is as follows: This action is for a
divorce by the
Petitioner, Bethany Dulaney, against the Respondent, Corey
Dulaney.
Further, the Order of Publication shall state that it is
ordered that the Respondent, Corey Dulaney, is to serve upon the Circuit Clerk of Wetzel County, West
Virginia located at the Wetzel
County Courthouse P.O. Box 263, 200 Main Street, New
Martinsville, West Virginia 26155, an Answer or other defense to the Petition within 30 days of this publication; otherwise, that
judgment by default will be rendered against the Respondent, Corey Dulaney.
