The object of the above-entitled action is to reform a Deed of Trust to correct a legal description.
And it appearing by that the identity and whereabouts of Respondent Caitlyn Griffin are unknown and cannot be located after due diligence, it is ORDERED that the above named Respondent serve upon Petitioner’s attorneys W. SCOTT CAMPBELL AND LAKYN D. CECIL of the law firm of Samuel I. White, P.C., whose mailing address is 815 Quarrier Street, Suite 209, Charleston, WV 25301, an Answer or any defense to the Petition filed in this action, within thirty (30) days of entry of this Order; otherwise judgement by default may be taken against said Respondent at any time thereafter. A copy of the Petition in this action may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s office.
