The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Wheeling Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center LLC, Stalion WV TBD Holdco LLC, Stalion Master Tenant LLC and Wheeling Specialty Hospital LLC, CON File# 24-10-12882-A, to acquire the licensed operations and real property of Peterson Healthcare and Rehabilitation Hospital located in Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia. Capital Expenditure $44,150,000.
