REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Ohio County Commission is accepting bids for the following project:
The Ohio County
Courthouse Portico
Renovations
Sealed bids shall be received until Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. The bids will be opened at the Ohio County Commission meeting on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at which time all bids will be open and read aloud.
Bid documents may be obtained by contacting Melissa Marco at the Ohio County Courthouse, 1500 Chapline Street, Room 215, Wheeling, WV 26003 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday or by email at
mmarco@
ohiocountywv.gov.
Bids are to be sealed and addressed to the Ohio County Commission, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 and clearly noted on the envelope as a bid for the Ohio County Courthouse Portico Renovations. A satisfactory bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of each bid is required. The Ohio County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids at its sole discretion.
