The object of the above entitled action is for Elizabeth Rose Shultz to legally change his/her name to Elizabeth Rose Hall. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit COurt of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Elizabeth Rose Shultz to Elizabeth Rose Hall.
A hearing shall be on the 21st day of March, 2024, at 9:15am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Cuomo at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
