The object of the above entitled action is for Cameron Alexander Southerly to legally change his name to Cameron Alexander Gardill. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Cameron Alexander Southerly to Cameron Alexander Gardill.
A hearing shall be on the 29th day of March, 2024 at 10:30am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Sims at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
