IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 23-JA-107 LACACIA WOOD, biological mother of infant April 28, 2023 and UNKNOWN FATHER of infant N.D., whose date of birth is April 28, 2023, natural child of Lacacia Wood.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a petition alleging that UNKNOWN FATHER of infant N.D., has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant N.D., whose date of birth is April 28, 2023. ANYONE CLAIMING TO BE FATHER OF INFANT N.D., whose date of birth is April 28, 2023 and who is the child of LACACIA WOOD is ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 13th day of March, 2024 at 9:00 am. for an Adjudication and Disposition Hearing , if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise UNKNOWN FATHER of infant N.D., whose date of birth is April 28, 2023., may be adjudicated abusive and neglectful parent and his parental rights may be terminated.
