The object of the above entitled action is for Joseph Parker Shelton to legally change his/her name to Joseph Parker Williams. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Joseph Parker Shelton to Joseph Parker Williams.
A hearing shall be on the 17th day of April, 2024, at 9:00am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Cuomo at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
