Notice is given that SWN Production Company, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G70-D General Permit Modification for a natural gas production facility (CONSTANCE TAYLOR) located in Wetzel County, WV.
From New Martinsville, head 5.5 miles north on WV-2. Turn right onto Proctor Creek Rd. Travel 9.3 miles, make a sharp left to stay on Proctor Creek Rd. and travel an additional 1.6 miles. Turn right onto CO Rd. 1/15 (Brock Ridge Rd) and travel 0.8 miles. Access will be on the left.
