PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR NATURAL
GAS HORIZONTAL WELL DRILLING PERMIT,
pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 22-6A-10(e).
EQT Production Company, 400 Woodcliff Drive,
Canonsburg, PA 15317, is applying for a permit for a
natural gas horizontal well at the following location:
Jeffersons N-11HU, located at approximately UTM NAD
83 Easting 519710.85 UTM NAD 83 Northing
4393027.76

This well is located in the French Creek Watershed,
New Martinsville Quadrangle, Proctor District, Wetzel
County, West Virginia which disturbs three acres or
more of surface excluding pipelines, gathering lines and
roads or utilizes more than two hundred ten thousand
gallons of water in any thirty-day period.

reviewed at the WV Department of Environmental
Protection headquarters, located at 601 57th Street, SE,
Charleston, WV 25304, (304-926-0450). Full copies or
scans of the proposed permit application will cost
$15.00, whether mailed or obtained at DEP
headquarters.
